The app uses essential cookies and local browser storage for secure sign-in, dashboard sessions, account setup, form settings, local accessibility display preferences, privacy-choice acknowledgment, and basic app functionality. It may also keep local fallback settings or activity records in this browser if the backend is temporarily unavailable.

Activity data

The public form records limited first-party activity, such as visits, selected services, and submissions, so the dashboard can show basic performance and request history.

Marketing cookies

We do not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing trackers in this app. If we add any such tools in the future, we will update this page before they are used.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the app, especially dashboard sign-in and account setup, may not work correctly without essential storage.

You can also use the privacy choices popup on this site to acknowledge the current essential-storage setup. Since no advertising cookies are currently used, there are no marketing cookie categories to opt into.
